Here's hoping the kid makes a full recovery quickly.

Kid was prolly drunk on 6th street and stumbling back to his hotel when he made an easy mark for a few street thugs.

texas fan is losing it. this happened before the game, tho.

i spent some time at shabby bevo last night and the melt is total.

all of which scares me a little in Dallas.

but now that Blake Bell is the greatest thing ever....OU will never lose again.

edit: godspeed to the Hotty Toddy kid. i liked Ole Miss fan a lot when OU played them in the 99 Indy bowl.

There is good reason lots of locals shy from the 6th street area. Biggest cesspool of crime and low lifes in the entire county.

Being in Austin as often as I am I never frequent 6th street.

4th and Colorado on the other side of Congress is where it is at.

Uhhh, no. Trulucks for dinner and then the Spazmatics at Cedar Street after. If those are gay hang outs that is news to me as some pretty good talent in there damn near all the time.

Warehouse District , while home to some decent eateries and mature night clubs, is also smack dab in the center of the highest concentration of gay bars in the entire metro area. So while I'm sure you are really drawn to the over priced ambiance that is Trulucks, there may be some that will be suspicious of your true intentions.

If you haven't taken in a Spazmatics set at Cedar Street you must really hate the world. Plus the talent that shows up for their shows is worth it for that reason alone.
