What is the wait like?

Best I ever had was brisket at Franklins in Austin. Only problem is dude only cooks what will fit on his pit and when that is gone he closes for the day. People line up in the early morning to get it. It has only been made worse by the media coverage and food network and travel channel shows.

Prolly the best thing I have ever eaten, but 3 hours in line sucks.

Somebody makes you that offer, let me know.

I'll fly out, stand in line for 3 hours and go 60-40 with you.
Wait...70-30

next time a QB from Penn State is an authority on ribs or BBQ, let us know. Pennsylvania pretty famous for their BBQ.

not to take anything away from Archibald's or the place in Austin.

best i've had was a place in Pink, Oklahoma....Beasley's. between Norman and Seminole on Highway 9 just south of Lake Thunderbird. big barn with a metal roof. doesn't exist anymore.
