Park Steaks PET

Post by Adelpiero »

Ok, Pork steaks are old school in the 314. wanted to Q something for tonights CFB game. and decided to go the thick pork steak route, rather than the thin steaks.

park steaks
macaroni salad
red potato, tater salad
Schlafly brew, pale ale and some hop shit.

beer

BBQ sauce 314 style

Cheap side dishes, I would rather eat paint than have the GF side dishes

i like thinner park steaks best, but these were excellent. GF made some pasta salad, 1 bite and i accidentally dropped it off the Deck. Ooooops.

Those are butt steaks. Lots of fat and mostly darker meat. The bone in ones like that stay tender for a long time.
They look pretty good.
