Damn, that was quick, Mac. Nice to be ahead of Bri for a change, even though it may not last long.

As for the race, I've no love lost for Kyle Busch and love seeing him and his Toyota get wrecked, but that was a tough break. Dude had an awesome car and even though it pains me to admit it, he's a helluva' damn good driver.

Sucks they had to call it because of rain. Kenseth didn't deserve to win. Why the hell did they start the race so fucking late when they knew there was rain in the forecast? Dumbfucks. Seems to me they always started it about an hour earlier and if they had, they most likely get 500 laps in.

Oh well. On to Californication.

Jr. brought definition of a dumb redneck to a whole new level with that move. Good Lord, had it been someone else that did that everyone would be all over him. And why don't they hang around and wait for the rain to stop and finish the race? I'd say that was a pretty disappointing ending to the biggest race in Nascar.

You mean like someone else with a reputation for doing dumb shit like that? Someone like maybe Kyle Busch?

Watching Kyle cry about getting wrecked was about the only highlight of that race. Talk about the fucking pot calling out the kettle.

Speaking of which, tickets should be in the mail tomorrow.

As for the race, I agree with Wags- had they not screwed around with the 2 hour prerace coverage we would have seen a complete race. They knew the rain was coming all weekend, and had plenty of time to move things up. On the bright side, a great finish for both the 43 and 44...been a long time since I have seen that

From what I saw Vickers cried about it more than Kyle. Kyle actually handled it pretty well.

Yes, if Kyle would have wrecked the front like that haters would be out in force. :D

Good question. Afterall, in July the Firecracker 400 doesn't even start until two hours later. But that's a Saturday nite. I'd say the fact that it was Sunday night and Fox wanted to get in their prime time line-up of ratings stalwarts like King of the Hill had something to do with.
I'd say that was a pretty disappointing ending to the biggest race in Nascar.
No doubt, that sucked.

I'm also disappointed you didn't pick a fucking team. Wtf is up with that?

They should run the rest of the race off air if they have to.

Sorry to disappoint you but you should be glad I'll be around to chat Nascar.

Yes, dear trev... I am glad you're around.

I say we let you make your picks retro-active. I trust you won't disappoint again. Do it.

Same deal for Q, whom I'm really getting worried about, btw.

I still wonder why they are so worried about viewership from the West coast. If the fan who live in the Pacific time zone are going to watch the race, then they will be awake to watch. I loved when the race was run at Noon.

It was a first go around gamble. And it still might pay off. The 88 had a pretty solid season last year. I find it hard to believe that he's just up and gone in the shitter.

Too bad the #24 car couldn't pull it off in the end, but Kurt Busch definitely had the superior car today. Rack him for running the wheels off that Dodge.

Feels good to be back on top. If only for a week.

Too bad? Not at all. Keeping that squealing bitch (and his butt buddy the #48 car) outta' victory lane is always a good thing, and probably the only thing that would ever cause me to pull for Kvrt Busch.

Wrong.

Segments 2,3 and the Chase allow you to pick no more than 2 drivers in the Top 12 and no less than 2 Drivers outside the Top 12.
