In the years of '79-'82 your league was Division 3A Redwood Empire and there were at least one to two leagues (2A and, arguably, 3A) which were higher than that...and that's just up there; nevermind SoCal football.

Your division is right in the middle. It includes teams from Fortuna, Petaluma, San Rafael and Santa Rosa. Moving to the other divisions to the right it's teams from the East Bay, such as Alameda, Hayward and De La Salle.

Your team isn't in the same division as the stronger teams from the East Bay, according to your own link.
