ok, bought one, to see if it was any good, sometimes the "As seen on TV", shit can be gold. it saves me a burner and sapce while cooking pasta n stuff, and i will say, worked perfectly. noodles were done, and not over cooked. Perfect for kids to make dinner while parents are out, and easy as fuck to use.

i give it a B+

Looks like some kinda Suzie Homemaker set.

What is it a microwave steamer or something?

it boils the water in micro, but it also can be used to steam shit, has attachments for it.

like i said, when im cooking ground beef, have mushrooms and others shit in another pan, its nice to not have a huge pot with boiling water taking u space. Have a smallish Stove and burners are very close to each other, so 3 of anything on the burners is taking up too much space.

every once a year i'll try some of the "as seen on tv" shit. most are garbage, but sometimes they are dymo-mite

I'm a sucker for the as seen on tv crap. While I never buy the stuff on TV, I usually pick them up at places like Bed Bath and Beyond or Linens and Things as they carry all the as seen on tv crap. Here's my most recent fucked up as seen on tv failed purchase:

8 seconds my ass. Took me like 3-4 minutes per potato. Still skin on it. And my fucking hands were killing me after one potato. I'd rather jack off with these things than try to skin another potato with them.

Way to go. mvscal will be knocking on your door two hours before your next garage sale looking for those.

Mock it all you want. Any person who enjoys cooking typically sports their "O face" when they see this:

Some of us don't mold their own steel into spatulas or tongs. We just buy them.

Seriously?

I've been using a '67 Bonneville for parts and raw materials for making my own appliances for the past 20 years.

Recycling gives me a real warm feeling.
