It's all a ploy by ABC's hype driven media wizards.

I'm almost surprised they didn't have Bo kick it at midfield during the ceremonial coin toss.

RIP, Bo. You and Woody, back together again, as it should be...

Well, at least he won’t have to watch his old team get ass-raped tomorrow.

Also, Red Auerbach and now Bo?

Somewhere, I dunno, Dean Smith or John Wooden must be shitting themselves.

I like Michigan and the points. Who the heck has State played all year? An over-rated Texas team? Maize and Blue are the only team to have beaten two teams currently in the BCS Top 10. The Kirk Herbstreet doll out front should have told you.

At Wooden's age I wouldn't be surprised if he regularly shits himself anyway.

So do I. I bet it. I still wouldn't mind seeing Michigan get rolled big.

No, but their video for Bomb Ann Arbor now is surprisingly good.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall for your next closing argument. Your ability you think rationally and reach sound conclusions is highly questionable... at best. Where are you headed with this line of questioning, counselor? You, sir, are without a doubt the dumbest "smart person" I've ever come across.

The death of a former coach will have absolutely ZERO EFFECT on the line. Good fucking Lord.

No, you've seen lines move for one reason, and one reason only...because the betting was getting lopsided.

Seems silly that a betting line would move on something like this. And you're probably right. But in big emotional games like this, teams will use whatever emotional edge they can. And a coaching legend dying the day before the game featuring #1 vs. #2? The M boys will be fired up a little more than normal. Bettors out there, desperate as they are, might use this and put money on M, thus moving the line. Could happen.

Or maybe the books will move the line to get suckers to bite on it?

One never knows for sure. I guess that's why they call it gambling.

Line was 7 and is still at 7, although the juice went up on Michigan at Pinnacle from the inevitable increased action.

RACK your ability to rebound from failure. I'm quite sure Judge Smales thinks you're a swell file clerk.

From recent memory..... Bret Favre's dad dying -- I don't know if you count that as something happening to a player or not.

Anyway, line moved pretty big against Green Bay... even though it should've done the exact opposite.

Wouldn't affect my bet, but I'm sure more people will bet Michigan now because of this.

Of course I would count it... as well as Dungy's son dying. One played actually played in the game, while the other coached.

Bo hasn't coached at Michigan since the 1980s! His death will have no outcome on the line. It should stay right about 6 1/2 to 7.

The name Bo Schembechler brings back a lot of bad childhood football memories. I used to walk down the railroad tracks to Camp Randall and watch the Badgers lose to Michigan by scores of 55-3, 62-0, 52-2, etc.

It was fun...
-throwing rolls
of toilet paper and...
collecting discarded bottles of
booze at the end of the game
for my
discarded bottles of booze --
collection...
Those were Crazy Days.

Well, this news has caused their web server to shut down their site. Too much traffic.
