Mgo, like you said, this is the wrong forum so I'll also keep it brief...

It's not Torre's fault that when he scans his pitching roster he's got nothing worth a crap to trot out there except for Wang and Rivera. Wang should never be a #1 starter for the New York freaking Yankees.

That's on Brian Cashman, not Joe Torre.

Why do those who post exclusively in the CFB board act like they live on a different planet than the rest of the posters? Aren't we all sports fans here?

No, it was more of a hijacking of a thread so I split the MLB talk off into its proper forum. And for some, the CFB forum is the only one they have ventured off into and have no interest in discussing topics with people they haven't met. It's a recluse style, yes, but I used to be that way back at SCIII. I've branched out a bit since.

Ummm, yeah. 19 wins ties him with Santana for most in the MLB. 3.63 ERA, 218 IP, 15- 20 ground ball out a game. 2 CG 1 CGSO, 88 ER, 52 BB. He'll finish 2nd in the CY Young vote.

No wonder this thread was in the CBF. Please put it back there.

Sorry Van, I'm not going to entertain a debate with you on the Yankees.

#1 I said what I wanted to say, and there's nothing further I have to add.

#2 This is a tired, long-running debate that will only result in the same ol' arguments from each side.

#2 The Yankees rate a little too high on my "don't give a fuck meter" in order to engage in one of our routine 5 page CFB OOC scheduling-style embroilments.

#4 See #1

Van doesn't count. He's just started to post in the CFB forum.
