When you lose a sig bet, and change your sig, the change will not show up in your posts retroactively, like your avatar changes do. The new sig will show up in your subsequent posts.

Oh, and if any of your PMs have lipstick smudges, it's prolly from the PrimeX. We'll deal with each PrimeX issue in the order in which it was received.

Y2K,

Are you still taking the Cosamin DS? I am, and I swear it makes a difference. I asked around at the pharmacy, and found that you don’t need the brand name. Walgreens sells their own brand of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate.

Cosamin DS – approx $24 for 72
Walgreens – approx $40 for 180 with regular buy one get one free specials

Goobs,

Absolutely, I take two a day and it has worked wonders on my knee and has me at close to 100% again.
I saw the walgreens brand on sale last week and loaded up, I read the bottles side by side and they seem to be the same dosage and ingredients.
I bought some for my folks and they said it's helping them as well.
Great stuff! Mega Props to that Webfliend who suggested it, if I ever meet that guy I owe him a nice dinner and many an adult beverage... :)

Long before I had my knee replaced, I asked my doc if that stuff would help me. He laughed and laughed and said, "Luth, help what? You have zero cartlidge left, and your ligaments are made out of carbon fiber." Basically, me buying that stuff would be like Jess buying a case of Trojans.
