And if Team D hadn’t changed the rules then maybe Kavanaugh isn’t on the SCOTUS. But they did and it is what it is. Don’t like what Mitch did by not approving Garland, then vote in a Team D controlled Senate.

That will be happening, including Amy McGrath replacing McConnell in the Senate (thanks for the help with your idiotic comment about some states being takers, #MoscowMitch!).

actually?
You should LOVE that mitch blocked Garland from being on the high court.
It's the same thing as lying on a job application, or lacking candor in a job interview.
Barack Obama FLAT OUT LIED and deceived the American people when he presented Garland Merrick to the country from the Rose Garden.
He said point blank, that Garland was a "moderate" judge.
After careful research into Garland's ideology and decisions, it quickly becomes clear that he's a serious left wing ideologue.
The LAST thing we need on the high court is a leftist who goes against the bill of rights.
So for that reason alone, he's disqualified, and Obama gets another FAMOUS lie added to his list of famous lies.

"Careful research" isn't seeing that a black president nominated Garland.

Go ahead & hook us up with those decisions that showed he wasn't a moderate.

I won't be holding my breath....

hold your breath?

Moderates, TRUE moderates would NEVER come out against the "Heller" decision by the Supreme Court.
Yet, that's exactly what leftist Garland Merrick did.
If you knew anything at all about this landmark case, you'd know that only extreme left wing nutjobs were against it.
The heller decision was perfectly in keeping with our bill of rights.
Garland was vehemently against it. Exposing his far left wing credentials for all time.

You're not very bright or insightful, and as a result, it's quite easy to pick you apart.

Merrick Garland merely voted that the Heller case was worth rehearing, he didn't vote for it to be overturned.

And if his vote was so leftist, why did a Bush41 appointee on that appeals court also vote to rehear the case?

Garland was against it.
He thought it was a bad decision.
Guess what?
ONLY a left wing nutjob would say something like that about a decision that was based on the bedrock foundation of the bill of rights.
Why would ANY true moderate be against such a great landmark decision like that, unless they were a piece of shit leftist that despises our bill of rights?
In case you are really stupid, left wing nutjobs despise the founding principles of liberty and the bill of rights.
Garland said he hated the decision. Yet you want to argue that fact?

True moderates love our principles of liberty and bill of rights, etc.....
Leftists do not.
This is not rocket science.
That's the thing with you left wing nutjobs.
You lie and squirm about things that are not difficult to understand.
Caitlyn Jenner is a man. Science says so.
Since I hold his liberty as sacrosanct, I don't care what he wants to be.
But science is clear on the matter.
Same thing with our founding principles of liberty and bill of rights.
Moderates and conservatives hold them as sacrosanct.
Left wing nutjobs despise that which we hold dear.
Leftists view everything as racist and homophobic and islamophobic etc.....THE LEFT
wishes to tear down the constitution and the republic for which it stands.

But here you are, lying and squirming again.

Wanna know why Mitch passed on Garland and would act to nominate a late Trump nominee?

Because he fukkin' can. That's why.

Elections have consequences.

Given the same situation, a majority leader Shumer would have done the same.

So stop yer fukking crying.

WRONG AGAIN!
Garland was portrayed as a moderate by liar in chief hussein barry.
After researching his judicial philosophy, turns out that Garland is indeed a leftist, which by definition, is a threat to our constitutional republic.

Once more, Kierland displays a low IQ.
