Good list.

For the Dead I'd add certain versions of Jack Straw and China Cat / I Know You Rider.

Also He's Gone and Goin' Down the Road Feelin' Bad.

OK a lot of others too. There's so many recordings out there you can find pretty amazing versions of just much anything they did.
