North of Denver to Fort Collins has a better shot at the big city/suburb thing in the next 10 years than south to Colorado Springs. South of Castle Rock you don't see any civilization until about Monument!

but, I have yet to see a state spend less money on road improvement. There is absolutely no excuse for I-25 to be only 2 lanes from Denver to Pueblo which is over 100 miles on what is the 2nd longest freeway in the state, which also connects the 3 largest cities in the state!!! Left lane is for passing, right lane for merging/exiting, center lane for travel. What the fuck is so hard to understand about this? If I see speeding (15 mph or more over the limit) but driving in a straight line, I'll ticket you but give you a break on the the speed I write down. If you pass on t...

I always imagine Republicans are the people that are 10 deep at a stop light while their are multiple lanes and the left lane is empty. I'm a republican, except when it comes to traffic laws and driving. I am pretty aggressive but I stay safe, just drive a little faster. I always try to get the emp...

well, as expected, the Nuggets are done.

Great season all around, I'm very proud at the accomplishments all season, we just fell victim to a better team in the playoffs and piss poor officiating.

Your 2005 CHL Presidents Cup Champions!!! Major props to the local guys just up I-25 for winning it all! needless to say it was a disappointing and frustrating loss. Many opportunities to close it and the Spurs just kept on firing back. We still could have easily won that game if it weren't for the fact that there were too many stupid fouls (and many that the POS NBA Refs missed and/or called when it w...

Nuggets playoff thread

I am stoked about the Nuggets in the playoffs this year that I needed to start my own thread. What a game against Portland this was tonight! Didn't look good early on, it was looking like it would end up being a lot like the past two games vs Phoenix and Houston, but the defense decided to kick thin...

Nuggets have actually turned it into a game in the 3rd Quarter by outscoring Portland 34-18 in that quarter alone. they're currently up by two in the 4th.
