Tears, Jerry!

The irony, of course, is that he could prolly do it again tonight.

If the picture was in color and you compared Reuss to Weaver, Weaver's eyes would be a lot redder and half shut due to the funny lettuce he smokes.

Jerry Reuss... citizen of the 314. I think he's about the same age as most Giants players.

From baseballLibrary.com:

The Sporting News named Reuss Comeback Player of the Year in 1980, when he finished second in Cy Young voting and pitched a no-hit, no-run, no-walk game marred only by an error by shortstop Bill Russell.

Yep.
Now he lives in Suckramento and gets his jollies running some kind of obscure internet message broad.

Hell, 25 years ago I thought I pitched like Steve Carlton. Nobody could touch my shit at the Major Level, except for when we had to practice games with the nearby Pony team. But then I was just thinking about taking my bike off the sweet jump down the road at the horse stables. They had a pile a horseshit stacked about 20' high in row about 50' long. Talk about serious air you could get and if you ate it, well, you ate shit, but it was soft when you landed.
