Years ago I got burned out on fake drama Food Network programming. I can't even look at a Gordon Ramsey meme without throwing up in my mouth. Every stupid baking and caking show can jump in the Potomac. So stupid, such overblown fakery. I'm over it.

I used to watch “Chopped” pretty regularly, for a few years. It’s been a while though.
Over the past week or so we’ve been streaming both seasons of “Wolf Hall” and just finished it tonight. The final episode could have been called “Chopped.”

There are a lot of cooking channels on YT. Vincenzo's Plate is good for Italian. Our Yemeni Kitchen has some amazing videos/recipes. Joshua Weisman has a lot of good stuff. He has two channels. One is just straight cooking.
