Trump's lawyers signed an agreement with the DOJ that Trump possessed no other documents. Shortly thereafter the FBI returned & found more documents. So no, this is not the same as Biden. Not even close.

On the presidential immunity case that's forthcoming, it will be very interesting to see how the left-wing justices vote.
