In Ohio

You can now smoke weed recreationally, and legally get an abortion.

If there is a state that needs to get high and needs more abortions.

It's OHIO.

Yeah, because other than California there's only 23 other states that have legalized marijuana.:meds:

Maybe some poster took him up on his call out... and he's lying down in a ditch next to a cornfield off of I-80?

Of course, I'm just speculating.

Wow, Congress actually did something (right) for once.

House votes to censure Rashida Tlaib

There’s no room for any opinions outside the far left’s thinking. Colleges cancel speakers regularly if they opine an inch to the right of Paul Krassner.

Holy shit! Does dropping that name date me?! Lordy!

Voters kicked the GQP square in the nuts on Election Day and you're trying to say that it's "the left" that has lost it's way? Staggeringly Stupid checks in.

The left has abandoned its ‘open to different ideas’ mode. At least that’s the way I felt in the late 60s and early 70s.

The GOP is floundering…flopping around with no direction at all.

We're open to new ideas. We're not open to tired, old ideas like trickle-down economics & government policies based on theocracy.

Please explain what this is exactly. It’s a term not familiar to any reasonable school of economics.

What about tax cuts for the rich isn't familiar to any reasonable school of economics? Perhaps we've identified the problem.

What are you trying to imply with that terminology? That it’s bad for rich people’s money to flow as investments in the economy versus through tax shelters? Or is it more of the political rich man bad / poor man good? Please explain.

The operative word is "reasonable."

Yet the Republicans still embrace it.

I’ve never heard of a Republican (or any politician) who proclaimed they were interested in implementing this as a policy, per the terminology you are using.

Unless you can find a link to such a policy, I’m asking what you are implying by it.

Trickle-down economics was a major tenet of Reagan & Bush41's policies, where by which tax cuts go to the wealthy so that they will spend it on business investments that will in turn create jobs, thus "a rising tide lifts all boats. This theory has now been debunked as bullshit.

So what has been debunked? What do the rich do when the higher tax brackets are taxed less if they’re not reinvesting into the economy? And versus what they do when the higher tax brackets are taxed more? Is the government truly collecting that extra tax and spreading the wealth?

Btw, there was never a policy named by that terminology from either of those administrations. So where did it originate from?

ESPN.

Booger McFarland, Herm Edwards and Michael Eaves.

Segment called ‘How He Do That’.

That’s not offensive to any of those black men?!

We have huge numbers of college athletes who can’t speak English properly…so ESPN names a segment ‘How He Do That’ ?!

What’s next? A show called ‘Aks the Coach’ ?

I guess ESPN gets a pass as they didn't name the segment: "How He Do Dat?"

Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) shows his true colors . . . . Oklahoma should be proud, with all that's going on, he gets his buttons pushed by a Teamster, melts down, and wants to fight him during a committee meeting. Bernie tries to be referee.

Please articulate how Fetterman wearing a hoodie in the Senate chambers led Mullin to make physical threats to a witness.
