Carson is mostly correct. XYR airlines is flying someone from bumbfuck nowhere to Melbourne. Said traveler has to provide the airline his passport and visa information. Said passenger also has to submit a passenger from 72 hours prior to departure. All of this info is shared with the Australian border force at the 72 hour mark. Australia border force can then review everything. Passengers who have incorrect or incomplete documents are asked to fix or update their paperwork.
Waiting until an airline passenger shows up at your port of entry to begin studying them is a poor choice.

He was photographed in Serbia during this 14 day period, and he admits that he was in Serbia. He claims that providing false info was... human error.
