The Dump Motel did its duty--it served as a vessel for foreign governments to bribe the POTUS and enrich him and his family at the expense of other honest hoteliers. Now that Dump is gone and we have a president who actually gives a shit about ethics, it doesn't make sense as a bribery vessel.
