Why did Harbs feel the need to overhaul his offense? Harbaugh replaced a steady offense for an OC who never called a play before in his life, and it's showing. They had a top 25 offensive unit last year. It wasn't explosive but it was very efficient and they didn't beat themselves with a bunch of turnovers and mental mistakes. I think they led the country last year in fewest turnovers, and now they are an absolute turnover machine already through two games. Their highly touted OL doesn't look good either.
Granted, as a State fan, I probably shouldn't be insulting anybody's offense, but the O was supposed to be the strength of this UM team.
