So one of my buds in company security came to me a while back and wanted to know about this T1B website. Apparently some web service associated with Tunetown was sending out pings that acted like a security threat. I said, "Hey, it's just a little messageboard that I check out once in a while, but if it seems suspicious, I'll avoid it going forward".

So I won't ever hit this place again from work. And I have plenty to keep me busy at home, so I've not found time to check in for a while. And quite frankly, I've enjoyed a lengthy respite from arguing with lying midget lawyers, fat fucking retards, and the T1B right wing dullard brigade. And I haven't missed it at all.

But I figured it was time for BTCFB picks so I had to swing by for that. My whiskey collection has grown a little bit, but that's more about quality than quantity. Unlike my posting history which manages to do both.

Our small company was bought a couple of months ago by a really big company. Now we have stuff like an employee handbook, a “social media policy,” and no assumption that anything you do or keep on your computer is private.

So now I’m moving a lot of personal info off my computer and pretty much limited to what you suggested, except when I’m on my computer at home, which isn’t all that often. Pain in the ass but likely healthier in the long run.

I know Marty’s probably applauding.
