The Beatles - 50th Anniversary White Album release

A six disk set. The first two disks are a 2018 re-mix of the original release (utter garbage and blasphemy...they just cranked the levels and added more irritating stereo separation), and the rest of the collection is demos and the band working songs out in the studio. Not as interesting as the 50th Anniversary release of Pepper's, but still a worthy addition to your Beatles catalogue.

I've seen some remasters that were so shity they managed to create artifacts in the recording that weren't there on the original LP pressings. Probably the worst example was the digital remaster of Piper at the Gates of Dawn. It was so shity I brought it back to the record store and made them swap it for a copy of Obscured by Clouds.

Seriously - I would say that anybody who can’t find something to like in the Beatles ought to off themselves for being so horrendously fucked up, stupid and just downright insane...
I'll just chalk that up to something he pulled down from Gawker, or something one of the alpha females in the crew he hangs with said.

Might as well stop listening to Miles Davis and John Coltrane as well. Louis Armstrong? Lots to like back in 1930. Chuck Berry, Little Richard? No reason to honor any of our musical heritage? You said something stupid and then somehow made it more stupid.

“Better” is a dumb term to throw around when discussing bands.
“More influential” would be good.
And the Beatles are undeniably yyyyyyuge when it comes to influence of pop music.
