I was in New Orleans in 1989 attending the Elks National convention in mid July there. Had a lot of fun. Was housed at the Royal Sonesta on Bourbon Street and treated very well when people saw my last name--OCHSNER. Would like to return some day, but would avoid the crowds this time of year.
