Today, a panel of the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit rejected the basis for enhanced sentences for about 100 Jan 6 defendants. The ruling shows how the Biden regime and pliant US District Court DC judges twisted the law to pretend Jan 6ers "obstructed justice." This absurdity led to sentencing "enhancements" that put January 6 defendants away for years longer than the law allows.
