Before Columbus and Magellan was all that--Trippin', rippin'--gettin' fat,
tellin the big four-one-one on the million spittin'
chicklet tails of trails of tribes and bribes and peacock lies to politicize the big surprise
of not falling over the edge--but I ain't chillin' wit that villain,
the felon Magellan all yellin' the world's like a melon--
you know--I know--that what you see is what you ghat--the muthafuckin' world is flat!

Now these scientists with their mental fists
keep tryin' to pulverize 'n hypnotize--turn the eyes into lies--
subjugate and alienate the totality of our reality--enslaving and engraving
the world with its power--every hour every day, bustin' the one on the play
to circumnavigate the soul--fillin' it up like a bowl--well, it's time to fight back!--
with a base attack--let's go!--yo!--on the one-an' make it phat--the muthafuckin' world is flat!

You say you've been around the world--you've seen it turn like a ball--
an' that ain't all--you seen pictures from tricksters--Capicorn One had their fun--
with strobes and globes rectifying the subjective perspective possessive trip--
All On Board the scientific slave ship--
it's Science this and Science that --
the opposite of Cole King Nat--
pharmaceutical slave mines--keep you one foot in the grave mines--
they got you buyin' 'n relyin'--ain't no use in tryin' to get away--
Science already owns you--tells you, sells you--go ring the bells,
you Quasimodo fool--say Houston, we gotta muthafuckin' problem!-
-The world's like a bank an' Science is tryin' to rob em!'

Read the link. WTF are the New Orleans Pelicans? WTF did that happen?

If someone wants to believe in flat earth, god bless 'em. They're more than welcome to explain how air travel works Point A Continent 1 to Point B Continent 2 on a flat planet.

They can also explain why their telescopes are lying to them. I remember seeing beige caramel colored Saturn for the first time in real time. That was a very profound experience, as was viewing a comet and its tail up close.

The way to defeat conspiracy theories is with open access. There are lies being told to us. Mother Earth being round is not one of them.

Btw, the post above mine is fairly typical of what you globetards have been posting for a couple of years now.

A whole lot of verbal diarrhea and NO proof at all of your globe.

Your ignorance is surpassed only by your arrogance.

If there is no proof of a globe earth then there is also no proof of a flat earth.

You keep asking people to do their own research and when we do it brings up certain questions that a flat earth doesn't support. Commercial airline flights, sunsets, boats not finding this massive ice wall at the edge of said flat earth, etc. Even if you are correct in that we never landed on the moon and NASA fakes their photos does nothing to prove a flat earth.

So I have done my own research and am waiting for a flat earth believer to explain in detail the answer to some of these questions in a way that makes sense and isn't more conspiracy theories. Until then there is nothing to see here.

Two years into this discussion, you STILL don't even know what my position is, even thought I have CLEARLY and REPEATEDLY stated it.

I am not declaring that the earth is flat.
It is my assumption.

It would be NO surprise when boats "found it."

NASA is a joke. I don't believe a word they say. So pics of earth and moon landings are not evidence of a roundish earth to me.
You can see shit distances you shouldn't be able to see if the earth was round, but light does bend so it might be that.
The airlines do trippy things with their flights that seem kinda dumb if they are flying over a round object, but you can fly nonstop from Australia to South America.
And speaking of planes why don't they act like they are flying over a globe?
But how does the sun set if we live on a plate?

Right now I'm still in the roundish camp, but dismissing these unanswered questions out of hand is lazy.

You really are tedious. Non stop flights between S. Hemisphere cities are only possible with a globe given the speed and distance limitations of airplanes today. Sunsets also don't work in a flat earth model. Either all of the planet would receive sunlight or non of the planet would in a flat earth model. Round the world flights that crossed both poles wouldn't be possible on a dinner plate earth. Boats would take ten times the current time to transit between South Africa, the tip of South America and Darwin.

Just follow this guy that has circumnavigated Antarctica before. No way his sail boat could make the daily distances he is if the earth was a dinner plate. http://www.jonsanders.com.au/clientsat- ... d-tracker/

So until you or your fellow believers can explain how the above is possible outside of a globe model with science and facts (not conspiracy theory that the airlines alter flight speed to deceive passengers) then the earth globe model is by far the best fit.

Then there is the old "ant on an orange" visual aid.

Place an object, any object, on a sphere. Rotate said sphere with the object on the back slowly toward you. The object will appear to rise from the surface gradually, as if appearing from below the surface. Like a ship on the horizon. It doesn't just magically pop into view, it "rises".

Enough of this pointless discussion.

You know pops, you keep yammering about visual proof, but you offer none yourself. Where is your picture of the flat Earth?

Experiment 3. Watch the sunset lying down
Things you’ll need: The ground and the horizon

All you need is a beach on the Pacific Coast (or an unobstructed view of the horizon).

As detailed by the folks at MinutePhysics, the horizon is one of the easiest ways to validate the Earth’s curvature. As the sun dips behind the horizon, it slips from your view in a bottom-up direction. If you watch the sunset while lying on your back, and then hop up as the last rays disappear, then you should be able to see the sunset again.

The same pattern applies to ships as they sail away — their hulls disappear from the bottom up. As MinutePhysics points out, if the Earth didn’t curve and the horizon didn’t exist, when you looked at Chicago from across Lake Michigan, you’d be able to see the the Rocky Mountains.

Even better: watch the sunset from both poles, round earth. watch the sunset from the north pole and the ice boundary, flat earth.

What do you notice, Brother Poptart?

Or: two friends, one in Iceland and one in Chile take pictures at 10am in June. Where is the sun positioned in each photo, and why?

Your "boats over the curve" is shot down very easily, Scott.

Check the short video.
:57, the boat is in view -- because a scope is on it.

As the camera is then zoomed out, the boat gives the appearance of sinking under the horizon (or curvature of the earth).
But we know that we could simply zoom back in and see the boat in full again.

It didn't sink under the curvature.
It was simply past our natural eye vanishing point.

Human vision has a vanishing point.
That's all it is.

A flight from Syndey to Santiago does not PROVE your globe.
Sorry to have to break the OBVIOUS news to you.

All it proves is that such a flight would be possible if the earth were a globe.

It certainly does not prove that such a flight could never be possible if the earth is some other shape.

When the clouds get far enough away, they eventually just disappear from view.
Same with the sun.
That is the basic idea.

Again, just perspective.
The vanishing point.
Works for the sun, also.
That's the theory.

Perspective is a legit phenomenon. It however does not explain sunsets. The sun would always be above the horizon in a non globe model and therefore light would be visible.

People should look into these points on their own.

But instead of titling the video 10 reasons the earth is flat, I would suggest it be titled, 10 reasons to question the globe.

The burden of proof is on the globetards.

It's funny how difficult it is for them to prove that which they claim we MUST accept as fact.

This is a good starting point.

The moon landings are a complete joke.

People were sucked into believing this fantasy back in the 60's and 70's -- and people had no tools at their disposal to look closer and scrutinize info that was being relayed to us about it all.

Now that you can easily look things up and scrutinize the stories and the info, it is EASY to see how ridiculously fake the whole thing was.

It is a joke on SO many levels.

They ABSOLUTELY never took a can up to the moon and landed it there six times.

LOL -----> at anyone dumb enough to still believe this ridiculous story that only a child would believe.

People, seriously, pull your heads out of your asses regarding NAZA.

They pump out propaganda and utter BULLSHIT -- and you pay them while sucking them off continually.

I briefly spoke with one of my english students, a HS girl, about the moon landings.
There was a pic of Neil Armstrong (on the moon[/psyche]) her english book.
So I casually asked her, "Is that real? They really went to the moon?'

Her: LOL No, of course not. My science teacher explained to me how it could never happen.

Yep.

People in other countries have not been skull-fucked by propaganda and U.S. flag waving heroic "Look at us on the moon" bullshit like the U.S. people were.

They are able to look at things more objectively.

Any science teacher who has sincerely investigated the moon landings at all and still says there were real is -----> A MORON.
Straight up.

There is a mountain of reasons why the landings were laffable and fake as hell.

Among them, the radio transmission that went on with Apollo 11 was IMPOSSIBLE.

That word IMPOSSIBLE that I used means exactly that.
No hyperbole.

IMPOSSIBLE.

There is a time delay which HAD to have occurred in that transmission from moon to earth -- and earth to moon, and that time delay was not met.
Not even close.

I posted about this when talking to 88 at .net.
He is among the brain-dead and probably scrolled it or dismissed it without thinking.

IMPOSSIBLE radio transmission occurred.

Just one of countless reasons why the moon landings are an embarrassing fake.

Where on that page does it say that he circumnavigated Antarctica?

I see this...

-- Jon will be setting sail on this historic voyage from Fremantle, Western Australia during October 2016. He plans to return to Fremantle one year later after circumnavigating the world. --

Which proves exactly nothing.

There are a few pics, a cute "tracker" of his voyage, etc.
I don't see hard evidence that he is circumnavigating the world, let alone Antarctica.

It's just story time.

And btw, "circumnavigating the globe" proves SQUAT, because one could also "circumnavigate" a flat earth.

You call it a cute little tracker. But it shows his loaction at all times. Damn impossible to explain the distance covered on a dinner plate earth. Just more data that best fits on a globe earth and needs explaining if the earth isn't a globe.

You also like to tell people to do their own research. Why don't you take your own advice and look into the guy. He has circumnavigated Antarctica.

The camera never stays on the ship until it appears or disappears, it just zooms out, thus creating the "vanishing point" perspective. Try it again, staying on the subject without zooming in or out, just a static perspective. This will verify the "ant on an orange" rotation effect.

I'm afraid you're not doing very well here, Seater.

1. Is there a link for his alleged Antarctica circumnavigation? I saw nothing about that on your link.

2. A tracker shows his alleged location at all times. How do we verify that he is really there? A "tracker" says so? Really?

3. What are the distances he is supposedly covering? If one knew the distances, and could verify their validity, one could then plot it out on a "dinner plate" and see what it looks like.

4. As of now, I just see a lot of -----> stories.
