Ned Yost has the best post season winning % of any MLB manager, ever. Let that sink in a moment.
I couldn't be any happier for that man, this team, this city and this great fan base. An entire generation of true blue fans (including my daughter) have never known what it feels like to be World Series champions. Most thought they never would and would have to listen to their parents telling them old stories for the rest of their lives.
Now they will tell their children, years from now, how it feels. Even though I lived it once before, it still feels pretty damn good.
