WRONG
WRONG.

Bust out your handy dandy flat earth map and plot a course west from your port of choice and arrive back at that port from the east.

Yes sir, backing up the many flights and ship passages that have circumnavigated the globe.

Poopturd has no answer for these recorded and verifiable events.

He continues to be stuck on denial like a scratched and old record.

Skip forward to the inner circle pops, all will be revealed.

Or will it...?

On a flat earth, W is continually moving as a person moves laterally from a N-S line.

It's not a difficult concept.

Yes, dumbshit, we are using a ball earth term so that we can all be on the same page when discussing this particular dynamic.

I see you have never used a compass either. Simple fact of the matter is that that doesn't not happen on this planet.

West is 270°. North is 0°. East is 90°. South is 180°. That never changes. Those are your "four corners" of the earth. If you shoot an azimuth of 270° on a flat earth and hold that course, you will travel due west until you fall off the edge of the earth. There is no other alternative possibility. It is basic geometry. Flat earth has edges at all 360° of arc. No getting around it.

A compass is not rhetoric. Neither is geometry. A flat earth is finite. Pick a direction...any direction and keep going. You will eventually arrive at the edge of the earth. Yet nobody in the recorded history of mankind has ever done this before.

A global Earth versus a flat Earth is apples and pancakes.

BTW, it is interesting when I suggested you use sticks and shadows to show the Sun's declination would have been proven by now. Where I park on a fixed East-West street the Sun came up 2 months ago slightly south of it, is now several degrees south of that point when I park at the same exact spot.

I know, that is waaay past your comprehension to observe for yourself.

Simple to observe. You didn't do it did you? If not, you are an obscurer of simple observational evidence.

Therefore, you aren't interested in truth. You are nothing but a fool trolling a losing battle.

It is your assumption that the sun rays are always approaching the earth at 90 degrees.
Isn't it?

Like what we would see if a light source was lighting an object from far far away.
Like 93 million miles away.

Before you try to draw conclusions based on shadows you see, perhaps you first need to prove that the sun is 93 million miles away.

Yes, the Sun is always shining on the Earth at 90 degrees. I guess you've never noticed the Sun is lower in Winter and somehow higher in the Summer. Notice is gets hot in the Summer and cold in the Winter? Seems to me that you are the only one here that can't disprove the Sun's declination on a tilted Earth as it rotates and travels around the Sun.

You've never been able to explain solar and lunar eclipses, phases of the Moon, observable constellations, etc. either.

Why do you continue to beg to get your ass handed to you daily?

This is your proof that the sun is 93 million miles away -- and it's rays are always coming on us at a 90 degree angle?

Just because one idiot on the internet can't explain an eclipse doesn't prove the earth isn't round.

In your warped world an eclipse would never be possible. Yet they happen.

Here is another question you can add to your list of unanswered questions, why do solar and lunar eclipses always cast a shadow in an arc instead of a straight line or some other shape?

Poptart, you rely very heavily on bad Youtube videos, conspiracy websites and other incredibly flawed means of "evidence" to establish your amazingly skewed and bizarre perspective. Good for you for your stubborn and unswerving views. With that said, there is a disturbing and common thread that weaves itself through every post you place.

The sad reality is your obliviousness to its nature.

1. Your statement about eclipses never being possible on a flat earth is based completely on ASSumptions by you.
You don't know this.

2. Yes, that guy is very confused.

3. The sun came up at 6:50 in Cahokia Mounds that day. Sun above horizon -- moon also clearly above horizon. Yet something is standing between the light of the sun and the moon -- to cause the shadow on the moon. Do you want to explain it better than that guy?

:)

4. From a flat earth perspective, I don't yet have a sure answer I am confident in as far as eclipses. Does not mean at all that there IS no answer. There are theories. I just don't feel confident in one... yet.

AP (and y'all) think the sun is 93 million miles away.
So watch two very short sun time-lapse clips and then THINK for yourself about something.

Clip one at :26, notice the size of the sun.
Very small above the horizon.

It then gets bigger, bigger, bigger as it moves across the sky -- and then shrinks again as it lowers, to 1:01 when it is low and very small once again.

Clip two shows the same dynamic -- and he points out the size difference.

If this is an object that is 93 million miles away, it moving a mere few thousand miles away from us would not change it's size.
Or if it did, it would be nearly imperceptible.

But if an object is just a handful of thousand miles from us, yes, it moving thousands of miles away from us WOULD result in it getting smaller as it moved away.

This is basic common sense, right?

Is anyone alive here?

What we are seeing in these clips is this...
