I certainly don't apologize for pedophiles, Catholic or otherwise.

But I was raised Catholic and it was drilled into my head from day one. As soon as I was old enough to make my own decisions (as in, my mom couldn't make me go to church anymore and my dad was dead) I rejected it as rote non-sense.

But I also don't regret the education I got from Catholic schools, as opposed to the KCMO public school system which has been a joke for 50 years. I also don't regret knowing some of the teachers, students, parents, coaches and yes, priests I knew. Fine people, all.

You only have yourselves to blame for that. I went to a Catholic School up until high school. I didn't get baptized or join the church however, since I was able to think for myself at a much younger age than you. The only bummer was not being able to get in line for snacks during school mass. Anyway my first taste of public schooling was in the Richmond Unified where the Superintendent was one Walter Marks. To keep the story short, the man ran the Richmond Unified School District so deep into debt, they had no choice but to throw another $100 grand onto the pile to get him out.

So after this swindler gets bounced for bankrupting RUSD, what group of dipshits would even let this guy near a school with a Screwys mop?

Bad enough RUSD didn't do enough research to see that this guy has left a trail of debt and possible embezzlement everywhere he went, but leave it to KC over themselves to bring this dope into their district. Three or four years later.........big shock. He's fired for a fraudulent medical leave, the district can't find a replacement because he left it such a mess and he was playing a shell game with the district money and funneling it to his wife.
