Super Bowl Party Food

Experimenting here with both brining and smoking chicken wings.

The ECB will only hold seven pounds of wings, one reason I want a Weber bullet.

Planning to rub 'em down with Amazing Taste poultry seasoning and canola oil prior to smoking.

Meaning you made the simple syrup, and fresh squeezed citrus?

Margaritas aren't made with simple syrup, simp. It's just tequila, triple sec and lime juice.

Thanks for clarifying that. I was thinking of a whisky sour.

I don't drink any of this stuff. The only thing I will drink is rum.

I was using this stuff instead of triple sec.

Saw it in the store and thought I'd try it. Makes a nice margarita.

It's cheaper than Cointreau but more expensive than triple sec.
