Totally convoluted, short sighted logic. Coaches have a talent, they design a game plan and recognize the components to assemble a winning team. They are former athletes and move on to coaching for their experience and wisdom. Talented athletes that fail as coaches have nothing to do w this discussion, although they are a simple product of poor communication skills.
