Fuck oklahoma state. Savannah state has won 5 games over the past 5 years?

They should have scored 100...this game was talked about being the worst ooc sched game in big 12 history.
That says alot considering Tejas is in the same conf.

Having said that, if OU doesnt win 70-0 this week there's def something wrong in Norman.

No, Bama couldn't have beaten MOST (or any) NFL teams that night. Also, jizzing over Oregon due to what they did at home against Arkansas St? The Ducks gave up thirty-four to a prison squad and didn't even come close to covering.

C'mon. Ease up on the throttle a little. It was just the first week of the season.

Michigan st in top10???

C'mon, they faced a midmajor, who was retooling, not topBCS teams retooling, midmajor retooling.

they had 10 defensive starters who graduated
they had a new QB
they had a new RB
their best Wr's graduated
And they played in Lansing.

And a retooled Boise team was still better than 99% of the dreck most teams played on Saturday.

MSU's d and running game is legit. Just need to get the QB and WRs more experience.

This is definitely going to make it hard to get that 23rd straight MNC.

Nevada will have to lose twice this year... and I don't see that happening with their new stud qb at the helm.

Stranger things have happened... (please fire Tedford)

not a good week for the Pac. as much CU is now awesomely in the Pac better than the Big XII i have to put up with in Boulder, i liked the move. i'm freed up to embrace my CU history without Oklahoma conflict (mostly).....but, the Pac didn't impress much this week.

must really suck in Happy Valley this week.

My favorite part is that the latest AP Poll has the Texas State Bobcats ranked higher than Texas A&M

1. Alabama - looks like the real deal
2. Oregon - Speed all over the place
3. USC - Seems about righ
4. Florida State- showed a resemblance of former glory days
5. Ohio State- Damn Urban Meyer knows how to win
6. LSU - might be higher, but not impressed cause UNT is terrible
7. Michigan State- Defense and nice running attack. Hmmm sounds like SEC
8. WVU - Offense is lights out, lets see how the D improves
9. Oklahoma- Looked bad, but maybe they will get it together
10. Oklahoma State- Pitiful 1st game opponent, but I think Gundy has something

Thoughts?

It's chaos down here on Cullen Blvd. The OC "resigning" after one week of football was a shocker to everyone in Co"o'gs' land. People close to the situation are saying Tony Levine fired Mike Nesbitt for shitty-ass playcalling. I have to admit, Charles Sims only touching the ball 14 times is not nearly enough times. Of course, Piland and Co. didn't help Nesbitt at all with his shitty passing and the receivers with their dropped passes. 13 points was the second fewest points scored by the Coogs since 2006. It was a complete disaster considering the Coogs were favored by five touchdowns. I hope this weekend is a total reset against La Tech. Charles Sims has to touch the ball 25-30 time a game.

Top 10?

1. Alabama
2. USC
3. LSU
4. Arkansas (really like this squad)
5. Oregon
6. Florida State
7. Michigan State (the passing game can only improve from Week 1)
8. West Virginia
9. Oklahoma
10. Notre Dame (they looked buiness-like on Saturday. Different feel from last season)

seriously, this late era Stoops teams always has some psychological frailty (and the inability to run the ball when it matters)....you got to stay away from OU and OU on the road.

i never play OU...but, pay heed.

And the sheep fuckers pull it of. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.

I bet this will teach Brett "we stubbed our toe" Bielema not to schedule halfway decent competition on the road anymore. He's used to playing patsies.

FUCK WISCONSIN. Those losers look SOOOOFFFFFTTTTT.

RACK OREGON STATE!

Can't wait to bitch-fuck those assclowns in Madison this year.

A couple of things that are missing from this Wisky team.

1. Leadership. The past couple of years they have had decent leaders scattered across the team. I don’t see that this year. One of the main leaders should have been Mon-TAY Ball, and he had three different off-field incidents this past summer.
2. Wide receivers. When your one decent wide receiver is a walk-on, and then he goes down, that puts that much more pressure on the running game. And the running game has sucked. Runners getting hit in the backfield, and almost never reaching the second level. Word on the street is that the O-line coach is history.

I thought there was sufficient talent on this team for another very good season. But they lost a fair amount of senior talent, and a shitload of assistant coaches. Now I see losses to Nebraska, MSU and tOSU, and either Illinois or Purdue. 7-5 seems quite likely.
