Hey Bucknuts

Looking forward to tomorrow's game. I think MSU has a chance if they stay focused on pounding it inside with Green, Nix and Payne. Sullinger will get his, so gotta limit the damage Buford and Thomas can do. One matchup I'm really looking forward to is Appling vs Craft. Alas, it is just so tough to win on the road in conference against high level teams. So I'll go with...

OSU 72
MSU 66

I think tO$U fans care more about what St. Urban ate for breakfast this morning than anything basketball related.

10 point lead at half in C-Bus? I'll take it.

Sullinger was one play away from a triple double, OSU enjoyed a significant advantage in foul disparity and MSU still won by double digits in their house. I am loving this team.

I think you say this every week. And we all know it's Carry the Zero, anyway.

It was ugly because neither team shot the ball well...but that was due to good pressure defense from both teams. These days vintage "Izzoball" is getting out in transition. Any opportunity they get they want to run, run, run. That was the game plan vs OSU, and it worked. Knowing Matta only goes 7-deep the plan was to sprint down the floor on every possession and wear them down. By the second half their starters were gassed big time.

'Course, they can still play a half-court slugfest if need be.

Good for you. I thought they were both epic games.
Of course you did. They both involved Alabama. Neither game was epic.

If you enjoy seeing great defenses, they were.

I admit some prejudice, but watching a bunch of 1st round NFL draft picks shut down two good offenses was fun to me.
Sorry, that does not make them epic.

Don't get me wrong, Sam. They were both very good teams, and I watched both games. But those were not games I expect to see in a regular rotatation on ESPN Classic.

Now, if Wisconsin had come back and beaten Oregon, that would have been epic.
