Bylsma eluded to the hit during his presser...he definitely didn't condone what he did and expects something to come down. Cooke is a menace on the ice. Being a pest is one thing but he's a straight-up cheap shot artist.

Bottom line is that Cooke has already been suspended 5 times and 4 were for shots to the head of the opposing player. He wasn't suspended at all for the hit on Savard, yet had the rule book re-written because of it.

He's a piece a of shit with a track record for head hunting, plain and simple.

How many more cheap shots will it take for this motherfucker to be banned from the league... forever?

The next one will be more than 20 games.

I can't say I'm surprised at the suspension, but if the league wants to take this as serious as they state, then Cooke would have been gone the rest of this season and maybe some of next season depending on what the Pens do in the playoffs.
