Caps, Theodore part ways

Jose never had much resembling a defense in front of him, but he is a horrible playoff goaltender and everybody knew it. Jose is a class act but needs a new team, like a rebuilding team that needs a solid regular season netminder. I hope they make a run at Voukoun.
