The court had already entered a default judgment against the men on April 20.

So unless some sort of step is taken to vacate those judgments, they're still out there.

Certainly not the most well-written article I've ever read about a legal case. Then again, it is the right-wing Moonie rag, so I guess that's not terribly surprising.
