your tax dollars now go towards sponsorship of Manchester United.

Thanks, chaps. So good that you're working towards supporting the greatest sport in the world.

I used to work at AIG- the work culture there was so fucking depressing and that when Hank was in charge. I've never worked for a company that had so many layers of upper management. They were more top heavy than Dolly Parton.

You can be sure that all marketing expenses will be cut immediately so Man U might want to start looking for a new sponsor.

Propping us up? Ha! We're going through ludicrous inflation because of fat greedy American cunts wanting a massive house without having the money to pay for it. Nice bit of 'propping' there.

If we had gone in with the Euro like we should have done, we wouldn't be in the state we are now.

(oh, and jiminphilly - please may your prediction be right. Please)

The SEC recommending a short sale suspension has got all of our reps in a frenzy with some of the positions we hold in third party investment advisor product packages. I've been on the phone all morning trying to get rulings on some inverse funds that are applicable to short sales. Not fucking fun.

Canada is closer and would involve way less effort.

More free market tough love from Bush and the Republicans. Good thing they're so concerned about us taxpayers.

Bush and the Republicans? I distinctly remember seeing Nancy Pelosi's face in that line-up. Any bailout will have to be approved by the Dem controlled Congress, you fucking nitwit.

What'd you spend your stimulus check on, or did you return it over concerns about the deficit?
