behind and in between the two women is a face of something and its giving an evil smile. you can especially see it if you highlight the whole picture. This is a teaser poster for the upcoming movie from JJ Abrams the creator of Lost. If you saw Transformers you saw the trailer.

If you lighten up the pic a bit, you can see that yes, there is in fact a hideous looking monster.
