For the sake of all that is holy, please don't make me agree with Toejam.

BTW -- in the last 3 weeks, the Beavs trailed in a game for a grand total of 11 minutes...1/2 inning.

definite props to the beavers... a great game one of the series... very few mistakes made, and good decision making show why they came on so strong to end the season. very deserving champs IMO.

on a side note... never noticed while watching on TV what happens to the ball girls behind the plate... as a foul ball is hit into the net behind the plate they jump out and attempt to catch it off the net. what you don't get on TV is the thunderous boos that rain down on her if she misses, or the roar she gets when she makes the one handed catch. very entertaining.

I don't know if anyone noticed, although I'm sure the announcers, at some point, discussed it to nauseating levels...

But did anyone notice the Sheepfuckers had a Virginia Tech logo on the back of their batting helmets all through the postseason(starting immediately after the VT tragedy, actually)?

After that horrible day, they actually came out for BP wearing VT gear the next time on the field.

Also of note -- the Beavs also produced Playboy's Playmate of the Year recently... again.

The Beavs are living it up lately.
