Yep, just like I said I would if you couldn't mind your manners in this forum.

Here let me recap the content of your 'blast back' for anyone who may be feeling cheated. You asked if I was threatening to delete your shit posts and that if I did, I wouldn't be modding this forum anymore.

Guess what? It wasn't a threat, it was a promise. And last I checked, I'm still mod of this forum despite your empty threats. Feel free to bang that drum and see if you can pull that off. Frankly, I don't care. I didn't ask to be mod of this forum. But since I am, I'll take out the trash when called for. In the 2-1/2 years of this boards history, I think I've deleted a total of 3 shit posts.

Congrats on being the 3rd. Judging by the content of most any post you ever mash submit on, they pretty much all fit the 'shit post' criteria.

I took exception when you decided to gloss Rumple a 'tard for offering a legit take, when your take was clearly horseshit. You don't have room to be calling anyone a 'tard, shit for brains.

Anyways, just mind your manners in here, and I'll leave you alone. If you can't be civil, don't be surprised when I delete your garbage out of hand.

No problem, DF.

Even though this board isn't a democracy, if the majority of folks who regularly post here want me axed because I deleted a shit post from AP, I'll resign.

Maybe you should start a poll.

Oh, and DF?

Board etiquette requires that I inform you that it's quite unnecessary to quote an entire post when the post being responded to is right freaking above your comments. That's considered rude (and makes you look like a feeble dumbass), just like typing in all CAPS.

Whether or not I remain as mod of this forum, I hope this advice helps in your future endeavors.

And you really should mind yer own goddamn bidness, DF.

Wags CLEARLY explained why he did what he did, so no heckling from the peanut gallery needs to be heard.

Ahem

~taps on microphone~

Can we get back to discussing why this Jr. thing is a nonissue?

TIA

Wags shouldn't go, btw. There should be a second mod where a situation like this doesn't arise where it gives the APPEARANCE that a mod might have deleted a post where the mod was smacked. Make Bri a second mod. Simple solution.

Now, Jr. SUCKS! But at least he's better than David Ragan, right?

Non-issue? Well, it is for me now.

Big, BIG Harvick, Burton, and Truex fan over here.

Who's Jr? He doesn't exist anymore as far as i'm concerned.
Make Bri a second mod. Simple solution.
Solution to what? I didn't smack down AP over anything directed at moi. That comes with the territory, and I can handle my own battles.

As for Bri being a 2nd mod. No way. We can't co-exist as mods. I hates that guy, and wouldn't ask him for concurrence.

But if push comes to shove, that's the guy I'd recommend to take my place.

1. Wags must stay

2. I'm predicting great success for Jr. now that he's with another team.

3. I'm a Nascar visionary.

Awwww, that's so awesome. You've just done a super job getting my Dupont Chevrolet ready for the race. I'm so glad we're teammates now.

This is where it started Wags... right up here^^^. Then I responded with a blast and you deleted it. Then you went on to say things about me that was the same things you were bitching about me doing you fucking hypocrite. That's WHY this shit went down.

Look man, I'm not looking for a fight with a lesser opponent in yourself and your boy Humpty Dumpty Rumprider. I was just making a point.

Anyway... back to the topic.

So tell me die hard #8 fans, are you a fan of the driver or the team? Can't you still route for Jr to beat guys in equal equipment and still hate the #24 and #48?

Lastly Wags, I'm dropping this shit about the incident and don't give a flying fuck if you're a m0d or not. It doesn't really matter.

“Bitter kindergartner”? Cutting edge smack you got there, Paulie. I’m not bitter at all. Why would I be bitter? You constantly present a great big fat fucking target with negligible danger of returned fire. Nope, definitely not bitter, butterball.

It’s not about saying, “you’re fat, Paul.” That’s just belaboring the obvious. It’s all about finding different ways to call you fat.

I guess the one and only nice thing about them living in KC... is Paul always can get a "lift" in an "order picker" from Wags.

That's a different way to belabor the point, right?

Just to get back to the topic at hand. Let's face facts, Jr. needs EVERYTHING handed to him, He has NEVER done anything on his own, and NEVER will.

As for Kyle Busch, now the top free agent in NASCAR, I pray he ends up in that 8 car, just to show everybody it ain't the cars fault..

And I quote Richard Childress on Kyle Busch “He's the hottest property on the market right now.” In fact, some in the garage believe that Busch’s driving talent is equal to or even ahead of that of Dale Earnhardt, Jr"

BTW I can now go back to hating all of Hendrick in 2008

Truex Jr. has made Little E's decision to leave DEI look questionable if not bad for the last 3 weeks. His 1st 3rd and 2nd finishes is making Dale Jr. look like a person full of excuses right now. If DEI's second team can have a run like they did for 3 weeks in a row, then what the hell is wrong with their first team? I'm still supporting Jr., but he is starting to look bad in the eyes of others. If he doesn't start winning with Hendrick next year, then his overwhelming popularity in the sport could diminish quickly.

Jr. finishing 5th yesterday made him look bad because Truex finished 2nd?

You might want to rethink that logic.

Busch may be the better driver, but Junior has it over him in the merchandising department. Hendrick is making this move for Junior's marketing potential alone......

Jr. hasn't finished that badly the last 3 weeks, either. Regardless, you can't all a sudden proclaim Truex the better driver based on just the past 3 weeks.

Given a good car, Jr. can compete at any track.

Too bad it's going to be for the bad guys next year, but I can still root for him the remainder of this year.

Truex is on a Roll....good for him.

He'll be CRUSHED by the ROBBY GORDON TOUR come 2008.....as will every other "alleged TEAM."

Childress...DEAD
Penske......DEAD
HENDRICK.DEAD
NIEDEMEYER......
MARMALARD......
Sabates?
Toyota?

this ends my MELT of JR joining the DARK SIDE.

Great Job Martin....Great couple of weeks....good luck on this upcoming "right-turn" weekend.

All you Jr. fans can get ready to REALLY melt.
OAKVILLE, Calif. | From the time his sister lent him money to buy his first computer, Dale Earnardt Jr. has been wowed by technology. Now, NASCAR's most popular driver has an endorsement deal with Sony Electronics.

"I'm a big electronics fan. I'm a big computer guy. It's products I can dig," Earnhardt said Thursday at a winery in the heart of California's Napa Valley, where he announced the Sony deal. He will be competing on Sunday in the Toyota/Save Mart 350 at Infineon Raceway in nearby Sonoma.

Looks like Jr. is going to fit in REAL good at Hendrick
At a WINERY?????

Next thing you know, he'll be trading in his Bud deal for a Zima sponsorship.
