It is a good thing I don’t get to see too many Hokie games or I may have destroyed the TV. How can one team be so freaking schizophrenic? They sweep UNC and win at Duke, yet lose to Marshall, Western Michigan, and GW, and get swept by NC State. I predict this team will win the ACC tourney and then lose to a double-digit seed in the first round of the real tourney. Seth Greenberg has done an amazing job for a basketball program that had basically been shit forever. I just worry that this inconsistency may be a hallmark of his teams.
Deron Washington was a beast versus BC.

I like Seth. I think he is a very good coach. I wish FSU would have taken a run at him.

I've been thinking the same. This is the hardest team to put a finger on. The two or three times I've caught them this year, they just about dominated. I'll probably remember THAT Hokie team when it comes time to filling out my bracket.
And I'm still sticking with my prediction that MSU will either win the tourney, or lose by 75 in the first round.

This is a tough year to gauge for the tournament, certainly as far as the first round goes. There are plenty of teams that fit this bill to one extent or the other.
My Domers aren't quite that schizophrenic, but they are 5-3 vs. RPI Top 50 and 4-2 vs. RPI 51-150. Strange. Of course, the biggest problem they face heading into the tournament is a road record of 3-5.

I won't go that far on ND, but I could see them in the Sweet 16. And I could also see them dropping to, say, South Alabama in the first round.
