Bonuses will be had soon, and I was thinking about dumping it all into stocks this time.

What are some stocks you have/follow that you think will be good over the short haul, or long haul?

I think you'd best leave this to the professionals...KC Scott and mvscal.

But personally I'd say that, while Ford doesn't have a tremendous upside, the most you could lose is $7.90 a share (plus commissions). Go for it.

Ford Motor Co. (F) on Monday posted a quarterly loss of $5.8 billion -- its largest loss in 14 years

looks like a soild investment. Better stock up on some newspaper to line your fridge box. It's going to be a cold winter.

FTFY since MVS has never graced the board with even a single stock, sector or fund selection.
He is adept, however, at tossing rocks at everyone elses.

OK, what's your time frame for holding a stock?
If your looking for Ford to double, your going to be waiting a long, long time.

It's tough to just pull a "Cramer" an say if a stock is going up or down without setting a time frame.
If your looking for a similar priced stock that should go up much faster buy Vaalco Energy - ticker Symbol EGY

It's sitting at $ 8.14 tonight - Wait till it pulls back to around $7.50 and then buy.
It should see $10 or higher by end of year - when Oil does spike again - and it will
