So does reducing your fat intake to 20g or less a day, hopefully no more than 5g saturated.
Works in very quick, dramatic fashion, matter of fact.
That and getting out and walking, jogging, biking, hitting the gym ....... instead of sitting on your ass watching the food network all day.

I do pilates every morning and we walk every night. I'm also going to start doing yoga.

If it makes you feel any better, I eat and drink whatever I want, whenever I want, and I haver no regualr excercise program(although I'm pretty freaking active).... and I'm one svelte, skinny mofo.
