the biggest thing that stuck out to me was how utterly stupid all these guys were. obviously they are all mentally deficient because of what they are doing, but when the dateline guy came out, only a few guys hit the eject button right away, if at all. 80% of them tried to talk themselves out of it, not even knowing who the fuck this old guy or even what was going on. what worthless pieces of shit.

I used to chat in a chat room on yahoo as well; while I was in college and for a little while afterwards. Once or twice a year I pop in still to see who is still around. It was room that centered on college athletics and I actualy met a handful of people from the room at different sporting events. Nothing too dis-similar than from what used to go on at the Troll Stops but I stopped going in as often after I fot married, the little girls and boys started coming in, and porn bots got out of controll. It was back in my days of heavy drinking (something I am thankful that my wife gave me the purpose to bring to a hault, never forced me mind you I just didn't feel the need to drink as often) and most of the get togethers centered around sporting events, as I stated, and lots booze. Nobody was ever underage, hell most of the time I was by far and away the youngest of the bunch getting together. A couple of still keep incontact through myspace but that place is beggining to get out of controll as well. MOst of the ladies from the crew have changed their profiles to saying 14 so the pervs can't harrass them as much which is rather sad because it makes it so much more difficult too communicate because of the filters.

Okay- let's take this one step at a time. Its not the posing that is entrapment. It would only be entrapment if the cop, posing as the child, IMed a guy in a room and said. "Hi, I'm 14, horny and willing. I want you to come over to my house and fuck me like a wild beast". But that's not what happens. These cops sit in the chat room and wait for someone to IM them. THEN- they talk normal to them (about school, life, etc...) and wait for the sick fuck on the other end to bring up sex.
