I don't think the players are going to care to much for this:

"-- Players and Clubs obligated to reach agreement on terms of a new contract by no later than fourteen (14) days after the opening of Training Camp; failure to do so results in player ineligibility (and unavailability to Club) for balance of the season. "

Not looking good.

A $42 million salary cap is waaaay too low of a figure. The number sould be around $50 million and a $38 million dollar minimum.

Um, yeah. How could the minimum be $38M when the league average is about that now, and most teams, and the league as a whole, are still losing money? How does that get the league any further ahead?
