So there is an MIT project under way with the help of some giants such as AMD and google. Its being developed for third world countries and will be sold directly to governments. The plan is to sell it with AMD chips, 14in screens and Linux. Unfortunately unless you are willing to order 1 Million or more, you can't actually get one.
