When Fans go Bad

After the braggin rights debacle, a MU fan threw a whole thing of popcorn on Quin Snyder.
It's not even remotely funny, and the guy was arrested and released this morning, but you never, ever throw a fucking thing at anyone. How about acting with some class.
Alden should of smelled this shit froma mile away, you have a lot of people who forked over 20K+ for seat rights(per seat), and have watched the hair gelled weazel destroy the whole program. One that was right under the top programs, MU was respected, while they flopped in tourney, they were always rspected and not an easy draw. Right now, they are a fucking joke, and time has come for the idiot Alden to fire Snyder now.
Do us all a favor Mike Alden, fire Quin now.

Even Nick over there is about to pee his pants. You still didn't answer the question though... has it been confirmed he is a member of Tiger board yet?

found more info on popcorngate:
AP, St. Louis, MO - Security at the Savvis Center is intently pursuing the hooligan who dumped a barrel of popcorn on the head of Missouri Head Coach Quin Snyder as he left the arena floor following the Tigers' embarrassing 82-50 defeat at the hands of the Illini in the Missouri - Illinois basketball game last night. Reports state that authorities have yet to determine whether the perpetrator's allegiances lie with Missouri or Illinois. Details are sketchy, but authorities have definitely ruled out the possibility that the perp was in fact a Missouri basketball player as over 18% of the popcorn kernels actually hit Snyder.

The question in my mind, about Mizzou, has now become wheather or not they can hold off Kansas State and Baylor for cellar bitch in the Big 12.

Great!
My Oklahoma State Cowboys are a bunch of freshmen and their first road conference game is at a place where people throw things? Come on!
Whatever, at least it will break them in for Big 12 play.
Looking forward to conference play whatever falls...

Braggin Rights game is in St. Louis.
Tigers play in Columbia. Much tamer.
Then again, it was the taunting of an Okie St. player that led to the Antlers downfall. They got under his skin enough that the player ran into the stands after them.
God Bless the old Antlers and not the toothless tards inhabiting those shirts these days.

Amen.
Back in the day, being an Antler was like what I wanted to do before I grew up.
Oh, and Ang? Mizzou may suck watermelons thru garden hoses, but they beat down your 'pokes tonite.
Let's Go Tigers!

WW,
Sorry to take so long to get back. I watched the game and your Tigers won it fair and square. They won on rebounds and D...the game that the new Pokes are still trying to master. It was a good game.
Then again, watch out for our young Pokes. There were a few freshmen that had games like they never had in that loss...they will be a force but it may take a year or so.
Your guys have a good team going there. Who knows how good the Big 12 is right now and where everyone shakes out? We'll see, and it'll be fun!

No bragging here, Ang.
Sutton has himself a bunch of underclassmen on his hands. They won't be in competitive form until next year.
I'd like to not be around Gallagher Iba arena when they do get competitive.
That's going to suck for a bunch of Big XII teams.
But this year, your 'pokes are going to be hurtin'.

very true...it will be a tough year, but when you know up front it's a bunch of youngsters, it's fun to watch them grow...and they have stepped up so far in big ways. They had just started to gel early on, and then lost a leader and a big D guy in Marcus Dove in the Tennessee game. They've been trying to find a leader on the team ever since he got hurt, and I'm not sure they've found one yet. Could be a long year, but I'm betting with Sutton on their asses they will step up in all kinds of ways win or lose while they are learning :)
