SC - Fresneck State....your prediction

Post by Mikey »

They're all saying that the Bulldogs are pumped for this game, that the players believe they can win, and that they have maybe a chance in hell.

Sorry, that's all wishful thinking. The 'dogs are good but they are way overmatched. SC will put up a business-like 42-10 win tonight.

Yep.

I'll still watch it though, at least the first half.

I know their radio guys, via Sirius, and they kick ass. I wish OU could have as good a play-by-play team.

Fresno just took an opening drive and put it down their throats. USC just responded, but Fresno is fiesty.

P.S. Is it me, or does Barry Tompkins still sound like a chick who's had a sex-change operation? Damn, him and Pam Oliver might as well change assignments.

No wonder the West Coast gets no love. Fucking faggot.

The Bulldogs look fucking solid.

RACK 'em.

I know that SC has been a second half team at times, but they may be in trouble here.

Win or lose, USC fans, Barry Thompkins is not only a fag, but a fucking waggoner, big time.

God, this guy sucks. He acts as if he's jonesing for Mike Patrick's heart attack. Jesus.

Pinegar is looking awesome, and so's his offensive line.

USC isn't even getting close to Pinegar, who's simply playing pitch and catch against SC's soft coverage. SC's DB's aren't doing a damn thing to disrupt the Bulldog receivers at the line.

SC has killed people in the second half during this streak but this one looks different. I'm not too worried about SC's ability to put enough points on the board to win it but Fresno State's offense has been unstoppable so far and unless SC starts putting some pressure on both Pinegar and his receivers the second half isn't going to look much different than the first half.

USC needs to get a big turnover or two to get their defense fired up. They look flat as hell.

Reggie Bush at least came to play. He's on track to reassert his Heisman candidacy if he has a second half similar to the first one.

Lastly, SC's clock management on that last drive was horrible. They got the ball with all their time outs in hand and nearly five minutes left on the clock and still they ran out of time and had to kick a field goal. They needed to have a lot more urgency from at least the two and half minute mark but they really didn't go into clock management mode until there was under a minute left...

If there is indeed a USC/UT Rose Bowl matchup and they play the "down by atleast a TD" game at halftime, they'll be hard pressed to come back vs. a real D. Hell, if Fresno St. and others are able to throw up first half points on this squad, I could only imagine what the Longhorns would drop on 'em by halftime. USC can't even get to the Pinegar, and our line dwarfs that squad.

Primo prays for a NC game between the two, without a doubt. What a friggin' game that would be.

Fresneck St. hangin' 'round!
Thought they'd fold once SC made their 3rd Qtr. outburst.

Good god, Bush better hope the Texans don't show love for him come the draft. That would destroy any talent he has bottled up.

Forget about it.
Green Bay will purposely lose the rest of their games to draft him first.
I hope.

Damn "instant replay" takes way too long. The NFL doesn't even take this long. College fb games are going 3 1/2 to 4 hours, (today's BSU/Idaho game went 3:50).

Wow. Fresno forces the fumble and scores on the next play. Think SC is starting to regret not trying for 2 on one of their last 4 TDs?

After passing out shortly after 4 and a huge victory, I am glad I am now sober (hung over) enough to watch and remember this game.

Last one with the ball wins.

I took a nap earlier too. I'm gonna be looking for a game or two of 06 after this game if you're down...
