Offer tendered simply to prevent a still un-proven head coach from being lured back to the NFL. :roll:
Domers, nor anyone involved with NCAA has a clue. When/if the NFL really wants Charlie, and Charlie really wants to come back to the NFL ..... a 165 year contract will not stop that from happening.
