You make no sense -- but that's no surprise.

If Reagan would be a RINO, based on what the GOP has done the past 20+ years, he'd be more likely to be the nominee.

Romney and McCain are called RINOs.
They are certainly not far right conservatives.

Neither one is a thumper and neither one is liked by the tea party.

Why don't you do your own thinking?

John McCain had a LONG list of "center/left" positions and activity, and that didn't stop him from getting the nomination.

Romneycare didn't stop Mitt from getting the nomination.
And he had many other "center/left" views, which are well known and documented.

Stop acting like the GOP has drifted far right.
No one in their right mind believes you.

The facts are just simply not on your side.

Both parties have moved away from the center due to gerrymandered districts, which promote extreme candidates and dissuade moderate candidates as there is no reason for moderation.

You are truly one of the worst pieces of shit to ever post on this board. Start giving up your paycheck for reparations now and then you can shut the fuck up about your racist blasts.

Says the guy who doesn't mind cutting away the "cancer" that is a viable fetus in the 3rd trimester, no matter the circumstance.

The same guy who thinks gay marriage is a constitutional "right" and that sodomy is normal behavior.

You are one sick puppy, not mention clueless. Why should anyone lend credence to any word you utter?

McLoon didn't lose because he was moderate. You seem to conveniently forget that he was economically a right-winger, had mental issues, had a skeleton in his closet (Keating), and had a whacko right-wing extremist as a running mate. He didn't lose because he was left of center or even a centrist.

Romney's running mate was also far to the right, and Romney showed his indifference to the middle/lower classes with his statements about the 47% & about "looking for a job like all of you." Americans don't need another out-of-touch republican as POTUS.

No one is more out of touch than the current POTUS.

Look no further than his executive order waiving tax payments for certain businesses.

McCain is an economic right winger?

Is that why he voted for TARP, the auto bailout, the first AIG bailout, and the 300 billion dollar mortgage bailout?

Good grief.

McLoon had an opportunity to separate himself from Barry by opposing TARP, but he had no nuts.

Loser.

Oh yeah, Paul Ryan is real hard right.
That guy who had the audacity to promote a plan which would balance the budget in... wait for it... 25 years.
Damn!
That's some hard core shit right there.

Look, the reality is that you, Jsc, and others are HARD left.
Anyone who goes slightly to the right prompts you to soil your panties -- and you think he's Hitler, who was, btw, a lefty.

Get people working and don't judge how they live their lives, as long as its not at the taxpayer expense and you just hit the magic formula
I agree.

Dude, just stop.

"The Thumpers" own your head.

The Thumpers didn't stop Romney, who they consider to be a heretic.
They didn't stop McCain, who is the anti-thumper.

The GOP has tossed thumpers bones, but in the end, they have pissed in their face.

Political outcomes don't concern me much at all.

As humans, it's necessary for us to have a governing structure, and I have no problem putting my .02 in as to what I think is best for us.
We can all have a view on it.

There will be no perfect system -- or nothing even close to it.
But that doesn't mean we should roll with abject stupidity, which is what I consider liberalism to be.
