That was only a few days after the Grateful Dead's last show ever at the same venue. Amazing that they would book two acts so close together on a natural grass field.

Yep. During the show, Ed thanks the band for letting them use their stage and for the leftover joints.

Sad why? And I don't see your list. I see a lot of very classic or groundbreaking influential music on that short list. I just regret that I could only have 10. Would like to add another one or two rock or disco albums. Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band - Beatles. What's Going On - Marvin Gay. Born to Run - Bruce Springsteen. Purple Rain - Prince. Sorry MV, my right wing brother. Benign form. Oh, and Trev, 1/3rd of nerves in both legs dead and gone, and 1/3rd damaged. Can only stand or walk for about a hour at a time before the muscles fail. And I lose the ability to use my right hand for a hour or two a day from the MS.

It is a strange BBS kind of thing when some morons wish REALLY bad debilitating and/or fatal stuff on someone they do not know, and hell if even if you DID know them. That kind of thought only comes from psychopathic personalities. I may not like what you type, Trev and MV, and hell, anyone, but...wishing pain and suffering on someone that has nothing to do with you or yours? What kind of person would think that way?

Oh! I know..........tards.

It's just a message board, so lighten up a bit and let's just have some fun.

I hope mvscal, that you and yours are in good health and don't have what I suffer through daily. Same for you Trev.

And if I could have one wish for me, it would be that I could be in better health, go back to work, and especially be able to play golf again. But.......I can't.

Now, as to this thread.........music tastes differ, I get that. but some tastes just..........suck. In general, there is great music, and some real shit. Who is to judge? Well, all of us. That's the beauty of free thought. So, when I, or any of you criticize another, just accept it as an opinion. Diversity is great. Some opinions are better, based on education, experience and basic good taste. But only tards go to ad hominem attacks. Be better than that.

I have learned to appreciate some music that I never would have from being on these Rome-based boards. That's great. But shit music will always be shit. Thus, my comments.

Now, carry on.

I heard some of those recordings years ago. They sucked. You wouldn't have signed them either. It is amazing how much better The Beatles became when George Martin stepped into the picture.

I see someone who randomly copied and pasted 10 entries from Rolling Stone's Top 500 list.

Perfect From Now On is certainly a legitimate #1 BTS albums, but KILAS is just front-to-back full of great songs LIVE that it sets itself apart. Any song played live from that album steals the show. Carry the Zero is almost like Even Flow but it's still their best song and far more enjoyable to hear.

Probably because you're a simple cunt dazzled by a producer dubbing whoppie cushions and kazoos over a track and charging five cents a pop. If I got dramatic and said Pete Best was a little boy who grew up to be a man named 'John Henry Bonham', would it make a difference?

Sorry, a drunk guy in a club in Hamburg isn't exactly my first choice for a recording engineer. And their material sucked. Red Sails in the Sunset? Besame Mucho? Get fucked.

Seer,

Addicted? No. I haven't seen a vicodin in 7 years, and never EVER seen an oxycontin. Lyrica, sure. I use a cane, and just....am glad I am still vertical. I take no pain pills at all, other than celebrex. I am scheduled to have the other knee replaced in a few months.

The morons here think it's "funny", to type hateful shit. I get it. It's moronic and just...stupid, and psychotic on a level, but it's all good. 10 years ago on SCIII, that stuff would have been great to type, since we all didn't know each other. But we do now. So, today....it's just........

Well,...choose your own metaphor. Lonely, hateful people will remain that. 10 years ago, 10 years from now, until they die. And it's a shame. The internet draws them in. 99% of the people here would never even DARE say to people what they type to them here, to their face. Web Bravery. Back in 01, I posted my my name, address, phone number, and my picture. 100% said I was crazy, cause bad things would happen.

Guess what happened? Not a damn thing. Not ONE damn thing!!! Fucking internet cowards, with large typing fingers, and small balls and tiny wangs.

Same thing today.

Scott Boudet
4017 Delvin Drive, Tallahassee, Fla

So, the nastiness typed to me then, same bunch of cowardly eunechs hiding behind a computer screen.

Same then, same now.

Seer, don't be one of them.

Scott

~beep~

Rog, listen up -- Mgo here. I was going to post this in CdS, but I ain't a coward like that. This is SERIOUS shit that needs to be handled mano a mano. Meet me at the old oak tree behind the elementary school at high noon. It could be tough for you to negotiate the woodchips around the playground, so I'll pick out a nice spot of smooth asphalt. Oh, and no funny business, ya hear? When you disengage the parking break I'll know it'll be on. Be there, FOOL. Late.

Rog, where did I wish you harm?

I thought I asked you why you don't work.

Disabled people can work. It's a cop out.

Sorry Trev, but I can't. But thanks for caring about us, instead of as R-Jack says, no one cares about us "crippleds".

I hope you never go through what I do daily. But, I am still able and do what I can for my family.

I bet you cried like a bitch, too. Waiting for someone to pick up the phone and call you. We get it. You're lonely.
Actually, ucant, I have spoken with well over 100 people from the Rome boards over the years, met some, had few stay here at my home, and it was a very pleasant experience.

You on the other hand, would rather saw your own arm off and move out of the country, than post your real name, phone number and address here.

Who's the bitch, bitch?

BTW, I do NOT give a shit who you are. Because I already know WHAT you are.

Nutless, less than average IQ, internet coward, and that's all you ever will be. Pity.

Love,

Scott

Pop, you are aware of this invention called the "telephone", also the 'computer', and also with the concept of geographical locations that put one human in contact with another, yes?

So, sometimes, the people you come in contact with establish a 'relationship' with other humans that are known as....'freinds'.

And, since 2000, from this internet message board, I have made some..."friends' over the 'phone' and the 'computer' and lo and behold........

It can actually lead to a thing called, "meeting a friend".

I can type slower of you wish.

So, after talking on the 'phone' as well as the 'computer', and when geographically it was feasible(that means it can actually happen), these 'friends' actually came to my home. And since sometimes it was at "night", these 'friends' would stay here at my 'home'. A 'home' is a domicile in which humans live, and in these 'homes' are things called 'beds'. So,.....after communicating with these people, aka, 'friends', they would travel here using a car or other means of transporation, sometimes a 'plane' and then stay over night in my 'home'.

We would then talk, maybe ingest some food and beverages, and then they, as well as myself and my family would 'sleep'.

Hope you can follow this.

After the Sun comes up, because the Earth rotates on it's axis, daily, they would then continue on to either their own 'home' or to another destination of their own choosing.

And I have also done this traveling thing, to meet some 'friends' that I have met through the 'internet' via the Jim Rome 'message boards".

As to whom stayed here, in Tallahassee(that is the capitol of the state of Florida), there have been at least 5. Why you would care, is...curious. Have no 'freinds' stayed in your own home? Anway.....should your travels take you within geographical feasabile distance of my 'home', you are welcome to stay here as well, in your own 'bed'. I promise that we will have food and beverages as well as conversation.

I hope this clears up your question.

PS - Please do not poop on the floor like Dr. Bob did.

You've gone out of your way to meet and talk to as many people on this board as possible. Terrific. I've never felt the need to fill such a gaping void in my life the way you have. Let me ask you something, gimp... how many of these 100+ would dare talk to you now, you blubbering mess?

Actually. My name/#/address is listed on this board. Repeatedly.
