Oakland's overall draft was uninspiring.
McFreakofnature is an exciting pick, of course.
And trading the 2nd for a 24 yr old corner who's been to two pro bowls doesn't suck.
But the rest of our draft shows that Al's fascination with fast guys and shiny objects is only growing more profound with age.

If you think Dorsey will get a $74 mil contract with $31 mil of that guaranteed then you obviously don't know a goddamn thing about the NFL.

Bush is a very big question mark to me, Nix.
Just dunno what to make of him.

My guess is McFadden, Fargas and Bush will be on the roster.
Rhodes and Jordan gonzo.

McFadden runs a little tougher than most people imagine, IMO, but I don't view him as being a 'workhorse' type of back for Oakland ... this year.

He'll get his touches though, by carries and catches, and be a threat to go yard at any time.
McFadden is a TERRIFIC fit in the zone blocking scheme the 'duds run now.
Fargas will get a good number of carries and he'll bang away.
I'm hoping Bush also gets into the act.

Guess we wait and see.
